Add a state: double-click on the canvas
Add an arrow: shift-drag on the canvas
Make accept state: double-click on an existing state
Delete something: click it and press the delete key (not the backspace key)

Cut object: Ctrl+X
Copy object: Ctrl+C
Paste object: Ctrl+V
Select all objects: Ctrl+A
Select multiple objects: Ctrl+Click on the object
Or using selection box: Drag your mouse over the canvas
Select whole automata/TM tape: Ctrl+Alt+A, with object(s) already selected from the automata/TM tape you want to select

Type greek letter: put a backslash before it's name (like "\beta" for "β", or "\Sigma" for "Σ")
Add horizontal line above text: put the text between 2 "\hr"s (like "\hr{a,b,c}\hr")
Type double struck letter/number: put 2 backslashes before it (like "\\A" for "𝔸", or "\\6" for "𝟞")
Type fancy script letter: put backslash before and after it (like "\R\" for "ℛ", or "\L\" for "ℒ")
Type numeric/alphabetic subscript: put an underscore before the number (like "S_0")
Type numeric/alphabetic superscript: put an caret before the number (like "a^3")
